When COVID-19 emerged in 2020, DC Health turned to the cloud-based capabilities of Salesforce to combat the crisis. During the early days of the pandemic, public health organizations across the country scrambled to slow the spread of the deadly virus by digitizing health services such as contact tracing. DC Health’s in-house IT team needed external resources to quickly create a solution, so the organization turned to Accenture for assistance.
